So….still….like 2 years ago someone asked the same question. STF for the results. Similar reassurances from the paeon nicethemes admins….any future to adding Yelp to the list of social plugins compatible with your home page???
No progress in two years suggests I should look for a new medical based theme considering that a TON of consumers use Yelp to find mds….
Juanfra Aldasoro March 28, 2016 at 7:42 pmHi,
Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
We’ve just released a new version which includes yelp as an option within the social media options.
We wish you a nice day,
Juan.dgs174 March 28, 2016 at 8:09 pmI appreciate your response. I just updated. While yelp is available in the ‘nice themes’ social media menu to place the address, the icon looks just like the Facebook icon, and doesn’t highlight when the cursor goes over it. The link works, but no Yelp icon…
Juanfra Aldasoro March 28, 2016 at 8:14 pmHi,
Thank you for the follow up.
That’s because you still have the old version of the stylesheet in your browser cache. Make a hard reload by pressing ctrl + R ( or cmd + R in mac).
Best,
Juan.dgs174 March 29, 2016 at 3:31 amOkay that worked. Now iOS on iPad is scrambling the icons on multiple devices when it previously worked well pre update.

dgs174 March 29, 2016 at 3:45 amJuanfra Aldasoro March 29, 2016 at 2:32 pmHello,
Thank you for the follow up. The update contains new images for the social media icons. As iPad and iPhone have images tu fulfil retina compatibility, these have been updated. Once again, you have a cached copy in your browsers. You have to refresh the site so your browser can get the new version of the images, and that way you’ll see the icons correctly.
Best,
Juan.dgs174 March 29, 2016 at 9:35 pmI reset cache, and deleted all files on both iPhone and iPad prior to placing screenshot, and just redid for that matter. Still has similar image.
dgs174 March 29, 2016 at 9:44 pmYes and just did a fresh reload of the theme’s files too, still having same issue.
Juanfra Aldasoro March 30, 2016 at 1:18 amHi,
Thank you for the follow up.
Try adding the following CSS to your custom CSS field within the theme options panel:
@media only screen and (-moz-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5), only screen and (-o-min-device-pixel-ratio: 3/2), only screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5), only screen and (min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.5), only screen and (min-resolution: 144dpi) { .social a { background-size: 1160px 90px; background-image: url(images/social@2x.png) !important; } }
Best,
Juan,Juanfra Aldasoro March 30, 2016 at 1:39 pmHi,
Thank you for the follow up.
Well, you have to try and include the absolute url of the social@2x.png image.
In your case it would be:
background-image: url( 'http://www.shouldermd.com/wp-content/themes/paeon/images/social@2x.png') !important;
We’ll be releasing a new version containing this fix.
Best,
Juan.
