I’ve tried to update the theme but when I’ve tried to insert the key registration, it won’t take it. Please advise.

I hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing.

You have already registered the license on another site, that’s the reason why it is not taking the license key.

You can go to your orders: https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/ then click “view licenses” and then click “Manage Sites” to see where you have registered the license key. From that page, you can also unlink the license to the site you have already registered it.

Hi Juan,

It was the same site. I deactivated the license through your site and tried to input the key into the theme through the WP dashboard, but it’s still doing the same thing. When I go to update, it says it hasn’t been registered.

Thanks for the follow-up.

The other install wasn’t in a directory, so when the address is not exactly the same it is taken as an independent install by the system.

Your product registration page within your admin is not behaving as expected. Have you modified anything? Would you please send me your FTP access details in a private reply so I can take a look?
