  • Every time we try to post to the blog section and create a new post, this template gives each article the exact same URL and thus, they don’t work.

The URL is for another page of ours: sanchosmexican.com/foodcart

This is a featured page we have for our Food Cart and it is one of the main pages that can be accessed from the home page menu.

I don’t know why all the blot posts are defaulting to this URL.

Any help much appreciated. We really need our blog up and running tomorrow.

    Thanks,
    Brianna

    Hello Brianna,

Thanks for writing, that has to do with the way you´ve configured your permalinks.

If you go to the “Settings > Permalinks” in your admin section, you’ll see you’ve set a structure in order to have: yoursite.com/foodcart for all of your links.

This is strictly related to WordPress and the way you set it, not to the theme or any plugin. I’d recommend you to take a look at the following article to understand a bit more about using permalinks in WordPress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

    Best,
    Juan.

Thanks, Juan. Is that something we can undo?

Nevermind. Problem fixed. Thank you for your help.

    No problem, Brianna.

    Have a nice day,
    Juan.
