What size should the images for the slider be?

Hi,
I’ve searched through the forms but couldn’t see the answer. Apologies for if it’s there already.
I’m just wondering what size the images for the slider should be? I want to show the social media links and ‘Call Now’ section just like in the demo. However when I upload a picture it is full screen and I cannot see the social media section.
If anyone could help that would be great.

Sorry I think I worked it out, I just had to crop the image a little more. Thanks

No worries 🙂
The optimal size for the slide image is: 2560x1000px
In the file /includes/theming.php there’s a definition for each size. Or you can find some other threads in the forum, like: http://nicethemeswp.com/forums/topic/best-size-for-images/
