First of all thank you for your great theme and everything works great!

There is an issue I am trying to solve related to URL management. The theme has these urls:

http://www.sypsnis.lt/service/
http://www.sypsnis.lt/staff
http://www.sypsnis.lt/department/

How can I create my own urls in this place as I am not allowed to do this?

http://www.sypsnis.lt/service/ => http://www.sypsnis.lt/paslaugos/
http://www.sypsnis.lt/staff => http://www.sypsnis.lt/personalas/
http://www.sypsnis.lt/department/ => http://www.sypsnis.lt/skyrius/

Thanks for writing and thank you for your kind words. I hope you are doing well.

With regards to the custom URLs for the custom post types, the only way that you could change that would be digging into the code or using a plugin. I’d recommend you to try something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/
