Hello,
I have a question, I’m working on my website which is nearly done but … i have the scrolling problem. As I have read here on the forum, I know i need to update the theme but I know I’ve made some changes during the proces of making, i just dont remember where and which.

If i click update, will I lose everything? Is there a way to keep my changes and keep my changes?

I hope you are doing well.

Yes, the chrome issue has been resolved in the version 1.0.2.3. You need to update in order to fix that.

With regards to your customizations, it will depend on how you have done them. We have created an entire article explaining how to customize a theme: https://nicethemeswp.com/article/how-to-customize-a-theme/

If you have followed the instructions there, then you shouldn’t be having any problem when updating the theme. We always encourage any site owner to create a backup before updating.

Hello Juan,
thank you for your quick respond! I just updated it with creating a copy and all my changes stayed, although … the scrolling still doesn’t work 🙁

What should I do now?

Thanks for the follow-up.

Your browser (Chrome) must have saved a cached copy of the style.css file (where we have made the changes). Please perform a hard reload of the page, so it can be rendered with the latest version of the stylesheet.
