Translating Flatbase

Hello.
I am trying to translate the Flatbase theme.
I have done everything like these instructions say:
How to translate themes and plugins
But the page is still in english after I upload the .mo and the .po files

Well, actually some of the text changes after I upload the files, but other text doesn’t.
