Title bar wont change size , is too huge

Good afternoon, I had to disable the title bar in my home page because it is too large, tried to change the size but it wont make the changes. tried in theme options and smart options in the home page but this will not change. I think your smart theme may have a few bugs.

Hello Russell,
I hope you are doing well.
Would you please tell me where is that you want to reduce the size of the page title area? The home page is not using the page title area. It’s using the builder and in the first row it has a slider, from slider revolution.
Once you tell me where is that you want to use and modify the page title I’d be able to help you.
