Hello there,
Our wordpress designer had left our company and unfortunately, we are unfamiliar with the way our site is set up within the Paeon theme. Within the confines of the responsive template, we have the regular (desktop) banner, smartphone mobile banner and the tablet banner. I can locate the files for the desktop and smartphone banner but I am unable to find where the tablet banner is located. If you could please offer any assistance on where the tablet file should be added, that would be much appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Juanfra Aldasoro June 23, 2014 at 3:42 pmHi There,
I’m sorry to hear that.
I’ve been through your site and it seems that the designer had defined a special image for the tablet banner. I think he must have modified the header template, and the styles to get that.
The image is right in your media section. You should be able to find the file in /wp-content/uploads/2014/04/ausms-web-4-18-reg-tablet.png

Juan.whosonfirstbase14 June 23, 2014 at 3:52 pmThank you for your help Juan. Although I do know where I can find the tablet image in the media section, unfortunately, I don’t know where the image is exactly attached.
For example, I am able to locate the desktop image under theme options -> custom logo. They also added a div class within each page for the smartphone.
Where I’m having trouble is finding where the tablet images need to be added in. If I were to swap /wp-content/uploads/2014/04/ausms-web-4-18-reg-tablet.png out, I wouldn’t know where to add it within the theme.
Hope this clears up the issue. Thank you.
Juanfra Aldasoro June 23, 2014 at 5:32 pmHello,
No problem. Well, as I’ve mentioned previously it seems that the designer edited the header template (header.php) and included a hidden div over there, that is only active when is viewed from tablets.
Unfortunately we can’t provide support on customisations.
