Is it possible to have a row of 4 or 5 staff members as opposed to the default 3 per row?

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately not through the options. The only option would be customising the code. Unfortunately we can’t provide support on theme tweaks/customisation

How can I achieve this myself? Which files would I have to alter?

Hello,
You’d need to edit the template (template-staff.php) and then the styles to put them into the amount of columns you wish.
