Hi Juan,
Is it possible to give the slider button a different name that is different from the slider-title and description? I am currently using a welcome message as slider title, but want the button to link to contact details. My button links to a contact page, so it doesn’t make sense right now to name it after the slide. Is there a way to give the button a different description? (You can see the description in you hover over the button for a few seconds.
Thanks!
Liza

Thank you for writing.
You mean the html description attribute?

Erm… I’m not quite sure what the element is called. The element I want to change is the name description of the button. It’s the title part in the code below, but I don’t know where I can find the specific code to change it.
Kind regards,
Liza
Juanfra Aldasoro July 30, 2015 at 2:55 pmHi Liza,
Thanks for the follow up. I’m deeply sorry but I’m not understanding your question.
You can change the button URL and text when editing the slide. The fields are:
– URL
– Anchor text for the “URL”Best,
Juan.LizavdVelden August 3, 2015 at 9:01 amHi Juan,
The url and anchor work fine, my problem is that the description reports the slide title, instead of the button anchor name. Is there a way to make the button description (you can see this if your mouse hovers over the button) the same as the anchor? (Examlple: http://tandarts.machinetesten.nl/)
Kind regards,
Liza

Thanks for the follow up. Unfortunately that can’t be made through the theme options.
Best,
Juan.
