Site fine in Chrome, slow in Internet Explorer
This support request was posted in Smart by Rene
Hello,
Could you please take a look at mentioned problem. The ‘loader’ keeps on showing when switching between pages in (only) Internet Explorer. Pages do not load or load very slow.
Thank you for looking into it!
Best regards,
René

Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.
What version of Internet Explorer are you currently using? We provide compatibility from IE11 onwards.

Thanks for the follow-up.
The page loader depends on JavaScript to properly run. Perhaps your site is having some JavaScript problem and as a result, the loader stays there loading.
So, now it is not happening on Internet Explorer?I didn’t get you on that part.

Juan.Hi Juan,
The problem unfortunately persists in Edge and Internet Explorer. It’s the loader icon that doesn’t go away.
I have the same issue in Chrome with ‘pretty photo’ when adding a single image.
Any idea how the Javascript may be causing the problems?

Thanks for the follow-up.
Then it may be a JavaScript conflict with prettyphoto. Would you please send me a page in which I can see that?
Thanks,

The fix will be there for the next version. We’re working on some enhancements and improvements as well.
Thanks a lot,
