Hello,
I am adding the Physicians of our practice to the “staff” portion of the theme for Paeon. However, we only have 2 physicians, so the two physicians show up on the right hand side of the page. It looks very asymmetric, so I would like to have the two physicians centered in the middle of the screen if possible.
Also, a contact form does not show up on my home page like I’ve seen in you demo of Paeon. I’ve entered my contact info into the contact information under the Nice themes tab, but I cannot figure out how to add a contact form into my home page.
Thanks
Juanfra Aldasoro May 29, 2015 at 9:08 pmHi,
Thanks for writing and hoping that you are doing well today.
Unfortunately the home page template is prepared for a four staff grid. Are you comfortable with editing CSS?
With regards to the contact form on the home page, you need to use the “Appointments” widget on the proper widgetized space, and the feedback section must be enabled.
Best,
Juandhperlmutter June 2, 2015 at 2:36 amThanks Juan. I was able to get the contact form up and running. I also found another post with some CSS guidance so that the staff show up in the middle.
Another question for you. The text and button that appears over the pictures in the slider disappear when viewing on an iPad. Is there any way to change this? The text and button are such a central part of my site design with perleyecenter.com
Juanfra Aldasoro June 2, 2015 at 5:01 pmHi,
Thanks for the follow up. I’m more than happy to help.
The absence of the slider caption when viewing the site on mobile devices is a design decision. With this I mean, that depending on the amount of text you have there, it is possible that it will make your slider look super crowded, and in some cases the full text won’t be viewed completely.
For example, you can check how is that we have explained another customer how to achieve that: https://nicethemeswp.com/forums/topic/slide-caption/

Juan.dhperlmutter June 2, 2015 at 7:51 pmThanks, Juan. I read the post and then copied and pasted that entire script into my custom CSS screen under “Design and Styles.” Anything I might be doing incorrectly
