Separate Service Pages

Hi,
I’ve got two service categories and I want a separate one column page for each one.
Currently, the page template ‘Services – One Column’ returns all service categories.
Is there a way I can specify, at a Page level, the category of service I want to display on this page.
Also, I’d like to get rid of the filter at the top as it won’t be needed.
