Hi there,

I purchased 2X and am using this theme in 2 places and I am having trouble registering the theme and getting updates on both sites.

Our licence key for smartagenda.io is : 8bee3363-9ec8-40fa-b7ec-4d6b54b45831 but it keeps saying the keys don’t match. HELP!!

The key for warstoriespeacestories.org is: fbe6c032-edc0-4524-984e-e3ac1562884d but that doesn’t work either.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe I screwed up when I installed the themes and I installed them on each other’s sites. But even if I swap the keys, they do not work. Can you please assist me? I need to update to your current frameworks ASAP. Thanks so much.

Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.

There’s nothing to worry about, you need to get the license key in your NiceThemes orders page: https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/

When you visit that page you will see that there’s a link to get the license key (that’s the one you need to use to register the theme), which is different from the purchase key you get on ThemeForest.
