Hola! Estoy tratando de insertar un sidebar en una de las paginas (no es la home).
En atributos de pag hice lo siguiente:
– superior: sin superior
– plantilla: predeterminada
– orden: 0

en Apariencia Widgets: en Page seleccione un menu creado para el sidebar (este menu deberia tener alguna caracteristica en especial?)

Luego de todo esto, el menu no aparece…

Gracias por ponerte en escribir. Espero te encuentres bien. Por favor, te voy a pedir para la próxima vez que necesites ayuda, el foro de soporte lo mantenemos en inglés. Por lo tanto, damos soporte en inglés. Podemos hacer esta excepción de todas formas 😉

En cuanto a tu problema especificamente, chequea en las “Smart Settings” debajo del editor de contenido, que puedes seleccionar de mostrar una sidebar. Una vez que activas mostrar una sidebar, podes elegir qué sidebar y en qué posición.

I still can not set the sidebar.
This is what i have done so far:

– In SMART Theme option / design &style: selected the sidebar to be on the left side of the screen

– On the page (that is not the landing, but a second page), at the botton of the editing menu on MY WEBSITE SETTINGS: Click on Show sidebar, in Select Sidebar: Page, and selected the sidebar to be on the left side of the screen

-in APPAERANCE (APARIENCIA, sorry, not sure if this is the word in the english version of WP) / MENUS: I created a menu of ENLACES PERSONALIZADOS (sorry again!!). Is this the corrrect type of menu for a sidebar? and also clicked the NAVIGATION MENU box (place where the menu will be shown )

-in APPAERANCE (APARIENCIA) / WIDGETS: In the page widget selected the menu created for the sidebar

Thanks for the follow-up.

If you selected the same sidebar in which you have added the widgets, I can’t find a reason why the sidebar isn’t showing.

Sorry again! one more… when i try to edit the pages i only see code, no visual composer editing menu availabel… What can i do?

Hi Juan, i am using Neolo.
I has Ximena as a teacher, and she recommended the Smart Theme and also got us a free one year hosting so we could learn to migrate and have a project fully uploaded…

I will write to them, are you still unable to log in?
The way i see the editing part of the pages is desastrous…
