pre-footer regions

is there a way to adjust the display of the pre-footers so that rather than being forced to do 1/3 1/3 1/3, i could to 1/3 2/3?

Thanks for writing.
Unfortunately that´s not possible through the options, you´ll need to customize some css in order to get something like that.
