Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.

The plugins are already active if you activated them in the WordPress dashboard. We have developed a tailored version of Visual Composer, so you may not get to see the same you see when you install the plugin on other themes. To use the visual builder you need to go and edit the page/post and select the “Backend Editor”. With regards to Slider Revolution, it is not used in all the demos, and I think that’s why it is not active on the site you shared. You can go and activate it by visiting “Smart > Install Plugins” in your WordPress dashboard.

Unfortunately, it is not working on the current version of the theme, we’re working to bring compatibility for the next version which will be coming soon.
