Afternoon from the East Coast!
I found out via your forum that on the responsive mode(mobile) slider text is disabled, and I understand there is a css code that can show it again, and I understand that the text isn’t responsive(hope you guys fix that in the future) However when the slides change (either via arrows our auto) the text that is suppose to be hidden shows up for pretty much the time it takes the animation, anyway to not have that text show up at all? Also When i changed the animation from slide to fade, or actually turn of the nav. arrows on the slider on the backend it does the changes for the desktop version but for responsive nothing changed at all. womenshealthassociates.org is the domain. And thanks for the help!Juanfra Aldasoro June 5, 2015 at 8:18 pmHi,
Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.
Is that happening on mobile devices only?
Best,
Juan.Rostalker June 8, 2015 at 11:31 amYes only on mobile specifically on Android, I have not had the chance to check apple or windows(mostly due to not have access to them).
Juanfra Aldasoro June 9, 2015 at 2:06 pmHi,
Thanks for the follow up. Would you please tell me what version of the theme are you currently running?
Is this only happening when you change the animation to slide?
Thank you,
Juan.Rostalker June 9, 2015 at 5:53 pmOkay here is the theme info :
Paeon Version 1.1.1 By NiceThemes
Designed by NiceThemesAlso Juanfra whenever the slide changes no matter if it is Manuel are auto the text shows up for the transition and then disappears.
Update: When I first reached out I had the navigation arrows enabled and I tried turning them off thinking it would fix that text problem. However the mobile version did not respond as fast as the desktop so the changes never reflected and the arrows were still present for the mobile. Now the mobile, in a sense caught up with the edit, and the arrows are gone, and that eliminates the issue with the text showing up, however I do want the option of those arrows to be present so I will switch it back and see if the same problem I was having before is still present, if so at least its a cool bug for you guys to make an awesome and better theme! I will get back to you soon!Rostalker June 9, 2015 at 6:00 pmOkay so there is the issue that whenever I changed something it takes longer to reflect on mobile, as of right now i turned on the arrow navigation for the home slider and the desktop version changed quick but mobile did not add the arrows, so to do a test and see if it is a certain feature that is causing a glitch will take time and i dont know how much until i guess time it to see how long it takes to reflect mobile side of the webpage.
Juanfra Aldasoro June 10, 2015 at 11:10 pmHi,
Thanks for the follow up.
Ok, I see. I’m trying to recreate this in our development environment but I can’t get to recreate it.
Would you please send me your access details to support@nicethemeswp.com so I can take a look?
Are you using any plugin that can cause a conflict with the theme JavaScript?
Thanks,
Juan.
