Hi,

I like to change the text information that appears under each picture as follows:

1. Name: Font Size

2. Instead of Department Info I’d like to have Services Info (with hyperlink to the respective services page)

if point 2 is not possible, I’d like to format the ‘Excerpt’ content in terms of size, color and hyperlinks etc.

For your specific case, the class for the Staff name is: .home-staff li .content .staff-title a

2) Unfortunately, that can be done via the theme options or configuration. You’ll need to customize it in order to have it the way you want. Regarding the way to customize it, it also applies the same criteria as point number one.
