While checking my website any desktop / laptop in 1024*768 resolution main navigation menu not appearing normally like other resolution. Its appearing like it does in mobile. Please check your demo url in 1024.768 resolution.

The design of the theme is responsive. Responsive design means that it adapts to the different resolutions. http://coding.smashingmagazine.com/2011/01/12/guidelines-for-responsive-web-design/

1024×768 is the iPad screen resolution, as a result, it has a special display. It is not an error/issue.
