Mobile Responsiveness Loading

  • Hey Team,

    My client brought this concern to my attention, and I’ve verified it myself.

    On mobile browsers the Paeon Theme doesn’t load responsively. Instead it loads the elements full sized cut-off to the right.

    This loading issue was tested on both Android and iOS.

    How could we fix this?

    Note: When I request desktop site from the browser options, it loads properly.

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for writing. I see, it seems that there are some styles overriding the default ones, it can be by a plugin.

    Have you tried disabling the plugins you have?

    Was a really well made theme to customize for my clients unique needs 🙂

    I’ve disabled all unused plugins, and can’t seem to find what is causing this. I know you don’t offer direct support, however have you ever seen anything like this in your experience?

    My client is pretty distressed, and I’m tasked to figure this out. Hopefully you have some helpful insight.

    Thanks for writing back and the kind words.

    We do offer support, but for theme related issues and not customisations.

    I’ve been through your site again, debugging the iPhone screen and I saw that the stylesheet is not loading on that device for your site. There are also, some “malicious” scripts. You can check the console here: https://cloudup.com/cGSUJAo5W8x

    Where did you get the theme and plugin files from?

    I’d contact your hosting provider and ask them for help inspecting the server.

    Thank you for checking into the issue, and performing a debugging sequence.

    I’ve purchased the Theme files through Themeforest, and just emailed you the purchase code.

    I’ll contact the host to see if there is anything that they can assist with.

    Hopefully this can be resolved, as I am pretty stumped to be honest.
