License theme unknown/keys do not match (sporadic)

Basically, the title says it all. I purchased my theme via Themeforest but have been experiencing strange quirks. I’m on
1.0.3
, which I think is the latest version. Here’s a video showing what’s going on:https://www.useloom.com/share/47b5444018334aa28ecb806544eec981
Juanfra Aldasoro February 23, 2018 at 2:12 pmHey,
First of all, thanks a lot for your detailed explanation.
The problem is that you are using the Envato purchase key when trying to register the theme. What you need to do is go to https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/ – Then click on “View Licenses” and after that click on the “Key”, copy that code and paste it into the product registration form.
What Envato gives you is a purchase key, with that purchase key we generate a License key that can be used to register the theme on one site.
Please let me know how it goes.
Best,
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro February 23, 2018 at 2:16 pmRegarding the second problem, with the blog masonry messages. By any chance are you using PHP 7.x?
I’ve seen that it is a common problem with Jetpack and/or WordPress itself, not the theme:

Juan.Thank you on the license front! Worked like a charm! 🙂
I’m using the latest Docker image which uses version 7.2.2. I’ll take a look at that and report back here! Thank you Juan!
Juanfra Aldasoro February 25, 2018 at 1:49 pmExcellent, that sounds great 🙂
Yes please, let me know. But I think it is what I mentioned before.
Have a nice day,
Juan.Juan,
I’ve switched out my WP Docker container to the version that uses php5.6 and voila! No more errors! Thank you! 🙏🏾
