I cannot access update, tried deactivating and reactivating license, verifying URL, etc. No luck. Support site says it is active and set to the correct URL.

Would you please send us your FTP access details so we can take a look at some of your current files? The framework had a problem with licenses (when using child themes) but it had been fixed several versions ago. By accessing to your files we’ll be able to determine the solution.

Thank you for the follow-up and thank you for sharing your FTP access details with me.
I’ve checked your files and there was a change needed in order to solve the license problem. Everything is solved now and I’ve also updated both theme and framework.
