Hi,
I was able to register here, but not able to use it this key to Update Framework because License keys do not match.
Message: You are running NiceFramework 2.0.5.2 / Version 2.0.5.3 is available. (License Action / License keys do not match. )The header + animation is off and it’s taking over between logo and main menu. I would like to have a smooth transition between pages and the pages opens with large logo, jumping from the center to the top. How do I remove this? https://nicethemeswp.com/article/options-header-options/
Thank you,
Juanfra Aldasoro August 22, 2017 at 9:45 amHi,
Thanks for writing. Thank you for your purchase.
If you go to this page https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/ you should be able to click on the “licenses” link and get the license to put into the product registration section of the theme.
I’m not sure if I’m getting you correctly with what you want to do with the header. Would you please share your website address with me and also, would you please tell me what exactly is that you want to do with the header?
Thank you very much.
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro August 23, 2017 at 9:52 amHi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
With regards to your questions:
1) It is happening with the logo when the lazyload for the logo is enabled in the performance options. We’ll be reviewing that and we’ll include a fix for it.
2) I’m not sure if I’m getting you on this one. So, you would like something like http://www.jessicaearle.net/portfolio/ ? Would you please explain to me what is that you would like to do exactly? Thank you so much.
3) Unfortunately, there’s no option like that at the moment. But it can be done with CSS, it shouldn’t be so complicated.
4) I can see the Google Map in your contact page: https://cloudup.com/cQk5DUposxu – Are you still having trouble with that?
Best,
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro September 3, 2017 at 1:49 pmHi,
Thanks for the follow-up. I hope you are doing well.
1) Nice 😀
2) Why are you using a portfolio project for the contact page instead of a page? Portfolio projects are not prepared to be used as contact pages. However, we’ll be reviewing this issue.
3) You can use the same layout used in the portfolio photo demo, it is done with the page builder and the posts element. In order to do that, you can import the portfolio photo demo in a test site to check how it is done. Have you tried that?
Best,
Juan.
