I have updated the theme manually (twice) as you suggested we do. I have Version: 1.0.2.2 which was the one available to me yesterday at Theme Forest.

I STILL cannot activate the license key on the site—still says “Site is Inactive.” Going on 3 weeks with this problem. We can’t use the theme if we can’t update it!

PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,

Thanks for writing.

When you save the license key, there’s a button to activate the site.

Would you please send me the access details in a private reply? I cannot login with the ones you have shared with me. That way I’ll be able to check what’s happening with your product registration. Perhaps it’s not activating because it’s already active on other websites.

Thanks for the follow-up and thanks for sharing your details with me.

Your license is active for the site 08d.e28.myftpupload.com/, that’s the reason why it is not activating in your current site.

You can either go to that site and deactivate the license or go to your account dashboard https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/

Then click on “View Licenses” and then on “Manage Sites” deactivate the license for the site you are not using anymore.
