Info boxes with standing image

Now the theme contains nice info boxes with image above the content. That is perfect but now i need to show bottles so the question, can the featured image be on the left of the content as well?
Site is under construction for now…

Hi there,
Thanks for writing and hoping that you´re doing well today.
There’s no limitation on what you can do with the theme. Unfortunately that can’t be made through the theme options, but I’m sure you can work around the code to get something like that.
