Gallery menu don't work

Hello, I’m going crazy with this issue, because a few hours ago was working properly but now will not. No I display images in the gallery. I know what you need to do is add from the media menu add, but still no go. What am I doing wrong? It may be a problem of plugin that I have installed? What are the exact steps you need to do to create a gallery? Thank you very much and best regards.

If you’re using the latest version of the theme, I’d recommend you to use the WordPress gallery built-in functionality: http://codex.wordpress.org/The_WordPress_Gallery
