Hi Nina,
Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
You should go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon and upload/select the favicon.

Juan.ninanevski March 3, 2018 at 12:40 amHi Juan,
I tried to do that, but when I go to Appearance > Customize >, it takes me to a blank page with a sidebar on the left that says “You are customizing…” And only has an option to select “Widgets”
Juanfra Aldasoro March 4, 2018 at 1:18 pmHi Nina,
Thanks for the follow-up. Yes, you are using WooCommerce on your site, right?
There’s a conflict with WooCommerce and a library we use to enhance the customizer. We’re working to solve that (if the WooCommerce guys don’t do it before).

Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro March 5, 2018 at 1:39 pmHi Nina,
I hope you are doing well. Yesterday we’ve released a new framework version that contains a fix for this problem. If you update your framework you would be able to use the customizer.

You can go to “Smart > Support & Updates” and then check the “Framework Updates” box. You will find a button to update the framework. The newest version is 2.0.9.1

Thank you for the follow-up.
We just need the site URL apart from the login and password. Can you please send that?

Juan.ninanevski March 20, 2018 at 5:23 pmI don’t know if you did something but the favicon magically appeared – YEY. 🙂
Juanfra Aldasoro March 20, 2018 at 5:31 pmHi Nina,
Thanks for the follow-up.
No, I didn’t do anything. Perhaps it just was your site that was cached.
I’m happy it is working now.
Best,
Juan.
