  • Hi,

Thank you for your response. Please have in mind, that, in order to keep the forum organized we usually ask people to create a topic per issue they find or they need help with. I’d kindly ask you if you can open new tickets if you have new problems. This way the forum keeps organized and thanks to that other people can find questions that are already answered. Thank you for that.

    Regarding the issues you mention:

    1) If a page is not showing there are two scenarios: The page isn’t there (it may be in the trash) or you need to check if you need to regenerate the permalinks (There are some WP Installs in which the permalinks use the page IDs and our demos use the slug). In order to change that you will need to go to “Settings > Permalinks” and regenerate them.

    2) That’s not a widget but part of the Theme Options. You will need to go to “NiceThemes > Theme Options > Home Options” and check the “Enable Social Links”. The social media links can be filled in the “Social Media” section of the theme options panel. The “Paeon, a theme suitable…” part is the “Welcome Message” and it can be found in the “Home Options” section as well.

    3) Are you trying to put that into your navigation menu? You can put whatever you want in the navigation menu, even custom links. You have an article explaining how is that they work: https://nicethemeswp.com/article/using-navigation-menus/

Please have in mind that you can turn on and off the things you see in the Navigation Menu editor. Perhaps if you want to add “Staff” elements and you don’t see them in the form, you may want to click on the “Screen Options” button at the top right corner of the page. Once you click there, it will toggle a panel in which you can click to enable/disable what you see in the editor.

Regarding page load, that will depende directly to the server you are using. The slider caption has a fade out effect that can be a little tricky if you go up and down when the slide is about to change. We’ve been asked by other users to remove this effect in order to avoid having that problem. We have a special file without the effect in case you want to remove it.

    Best,
    Juan.
