Customize: the live preview doesn’t appear, Icon not display

appearance > customization the live preview doesn’t appear.
In the preview section it shows as “Non-existent changeset UUID. ”
And also there is a issue with icons also. It shows only the outlines of the icon.
Please help me to correct this issues.

Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
This is not a theme related issue, it seems that you have a discrepancy with your URLs, please go to “Settings > General” and set both URLs to the same value.
