When I try to test the form I get to the subject and it then loads this page http://dentalbalance.com.au/wp-content/themes/paeon/images/tick.png. and I get an error.

I’ve just tested the contact form and everything seems to be working just fine. I get the message that the mail has been sent: https://cloudup.com/cn1-JwQksr0

Would you please describe me the steps that you do to get the error?

Hi I tried in Chrome and worked perfect.. I went back to firefox and this is where it went after i tried putting in the subject?
