I think this is a long shot … but my client likes the contact page but would like to remove the form boxes under “contact”. They want me to replace this area with their logo and other information.

You should edit the file template-contact.php. There, you need to remove the following code:

Hi Laura,

You can use the editor for that. Edit the page that you’re using with the “Contact Template” and add all the content and images you need.
