Hi there,

I am having an issue with the contact us form.

When the form is submitted the information in the form remains and the user can press submit again and again and lots of the same email end up in my inbox.

Any ideas how to fix this so the form can only be submitted once?

Im just doing website upgrades for my client and the last guy working on the site didn’t use a child theme so don’t think updating is an option.

When the form is submitted the text box fields are still populated. I think the form is not resetting properly.

Thanks for the follow up.

Well, the idea is that we release different updates periodically in order to fix bugs and extend some functionalities, so users can update their products and that way they’ll be fixing their problems if they have, and empowering their websites.

Regarding this issue, we’ve applied a patch some time ago. This had to do with the function nice_contact_js() in the file /includes/scripts.php

What you need to do is, replace the old code with the new code.
