I would like to modify the hours of business.

Instead of having a closing time. Can I change it to late.
How would I do this?

Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately that is not possible through the theme options. The only way to do that would be customizing the script by modifying how it works.
