My problem is that when a page loads on my wordpress site that I can’t scroll down with the mousewheel. I can pull the scroll bar down with the cursor.

Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.

You need to update smart to its latest version. The changes were done in the stylesheet, so it is quite likely that you still have the previous version of the CSS cached in your browser. Please first update the theme latest version and then perform a hard refresh of your site when using chrome.

The problem has to do with Chrome changing the way their browser interprets some things on version 61 and that was causing some strange behavior in the scrolling. We released a version of Smart on the 20th of September to fix this. You can find more information on the changelog. http://updates.nicethemeswp.com/themes/smart/changelog.txt

I’ve followed the steps you indicated but still not working on chrome. Does it work correctly on safari and firefox though.

It seems that your site is not getting the latest version number correctly. We’re currently in version 1.0.3, and you have 1.0.1 installed.

Would you please send me your FTP access details in a private reply so I can take a look and eventually update the theme there so you can solve this problem?
