Appearance > Customize: the live preview doesn’t appear

    Hi,

    When I go to Appearance > Customize, to add some css, and see changes then and there, the live preview doesn’t appear. Its all blank! I cant think of what got wrong.

    Please help me with this.

    Is there any chance you can get to have access to the error_log to see what could be happening?

    May I know where to find it? Is it the one on the WordPress installation folder?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

    Well, it actually depends on the hosting provider and the server configuration. It’s usually outside the WordPress folder. It stores the different warnings and errors and it could be helpful to determine why is that the customizer is not appearing.

    You can ask your hosting provider where to find it because it depends on each hosting.
