Hope you are well.
I want to ask maybe you get in touch with this topic.
I Use WooZone plugin by AA-Team to communicate with Amazon API, and in there theme (I have it too), they have option to show Amazon rating instead woocommerce rating.
It will be great if I can do it in your theme.

Thank you for writing, I hope you are doing well. Unfortunately our theme doesn’t come with such functionality for that plugin.

Perhaps you can create a child theme and see how is that they are doing to display the Amazon rating instead of the WooCommerce rating, and replicate it.
