Navigation Disappears

According to your screenshot, you’re using Chrome. Would you please tell us which version? Also, are you using any kind of ad blocker?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a Microsoft Surface tablet here in our testing environments, so we can’t test in that specific device. But we’ve been testing on different configurations of Chrome + Windows 10, in different devices, and we couldn’t reproduce the issue.
Would you please test our demo site (demo.nicethemeswp.com/paeon) and let me know if you encounter the same issue?

Would you please tell me the theme version that you are currently using?
We’ve applied several fixes to mobile and tablet viewports recently and the solution for your problem might be updating the theme to its latest version.
