Hello,
In the analytics area, do I post my code or the script from google analytics?
Juanfra Aldasoro March 10, 2015 at 4:32 pmHi,
Thanks for writing.
You need to get your analytics code on http://google.com/analytics/ and then put that code into the “Tracking Code” input within the theme options panel.
Best,
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro March 10, 2015 at 5:42 pmHello,
Thanks for the follow up.
Please have in mind that once installed, the results are not instantaneous, you’ll have to wait about 24hs to see some results.
Besides this, the tracking code functionality of the theme, only put the piece of code you insert in the input on the bottom of the site code.
With this, I mean, that if for some reason the code is not ok, then the site won’t be tracking anything. But this doesn’t have to do with the theme itself but with your configuration of Google analytics.
You can check their documentation on how to set up the tracking code: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
Best,
Juan.
