Contact and Reservations ERROR

Hallo,
there is a problem in the reservation and contact form, everytime somebody is writing it does not send the message and says: THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible because i am losing clients in this way!

now it comes a blank page everytime i submit a message in the contact form and i don’t get anything in the mail box.
I tried to deactivate all the plug in but still not working.All the best and thank for your help,

Thank you for writing. This is a known issue for us, but it has more to do with a server configuration than with themes. Do you know if your server has SMTP?
For this template to work fine you need the following:
A) Settings SMTP and smtp_port need to be set in your php.ini
B) Also, either set the sendmail_from setting in php.ini, or pass it as an additional header.As I said before, these are server configuration issues, so maybe you can check this by contacting your hosting support. Also, I’d suggest to try the WP Mail SMTP plugin, which allows to use a customized SMTP configuration to send emails.
