3rd Level Categories

Having trouble with 3rd level categories in menu. Trying to do the following…
BEER & WINE LIST
> Temecula Wines
>> Wiens
Each item I add shows up twice, once under Temecula Wines and the second under Wiens

Thanks for writing.
Unfortunately the menu template is prepared to have only two levels of categories.
