Images Now Skewed On Mobile – Any Known Bug With Jetpack/Contact Forms?

Hi,
All of a sudden, out of nowhere the images on the site have started to skew on iPhone/iPad. Inparticular the slider images.
They are the exact recommended dimensions, I have the correct box ticked in my theme options and it had been an issue since I created my site.
The only one thing that has changed is that I loaded Jetpack in order to insert a contact form into one of the pages. Could this be it?
Otherwise i’m stumped. I literally changed nothing.

Juanfra Aldasoro April 4, 2014 at 1:37 pmHi Andrew,
Thanks for writing. It must be that, if it is the only thing that you have changed.
Would you please give me an specific example of when is that it happens, so I can have a look?

Juan.andrewevans001 April 4, 2014 at 1:45 pmHi Juan,
1. It only seems to affect the slider images. They are showing up like this on my mobile site, and look a touch strange on iPad. http://www.andrewevansdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/image-2.png
2. As a side note, you’ll also see that my logo isnt shrinking down on mobile or tablets. It never was, I just havent got round to posting this as a topic yet. Shall we look at this seperately?

Juanfra Aldasoro April 4, 2014 at 1:52 pmHi Andrew,
It seems more than strange, and for sure it has to do with the plugin. Let me review this issue, though.
2. Yes please, open a new ticket for that.

Juan.andrewevans001 April 4, 2014 at 1:54 pmThanks Juan. I’ll await your feedback regarding point 1, and set up a new ticket for point 2.

Juanfra Aldasoro April 4, 2014 at 2:06 pmHi Andrew,
It seems that it is happening by some style overriding, but only on mobile devices.
Would you please try to add the following CSS?
.flexslider .slides img{ height: auto !important; }
Best,
Juan.
