  • For my purchase key – 4f52f66b-0eee-4931-9ee6-9ed09fdf0cbd – it shows the licence is already generated – May be.

But the license is not applied to the site to enable auto installs and upgrades. What to do?

    Hi,

Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

You need to use the license key to activate your WordPress site. You can get the license key by going to https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/ click “View Licenses” and then click on the key. Select the entire key, copy and paste it into your “Register your purchase” screen in your WordPress admin.

If you still see an error message, perhaps you are using the license on another website. You can go and manage your license and the sites in which is supposed to work by going to the “My Orders” section in your NiceThemes account: https://nicethemeswp.com/dashboard/orders/

Then click on “View Licenses”, and then “Manage Sites”.

Another option would be going to the site where you have registered the license and deactivate it there if it’s already activated on another site.

    Best,
    Juan.

I tried that, after registering it goes to the same state.

    Thanks for the follow-up.

Thanks for sharing the licenses, what I would need are the access details for your WordPress website. Would you please send those in a private reply?

    Thank you,

    Hi,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

I see, I was able to check it. Everything in our system and your database seems to be correct. We’re checking if the problem has to do with your PHP version.

Is there any chance you can share your FTP access details with me in a private reply? Did you change anything to your theme code?

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

No, I think perhaps I could try updating the theme manually (via FTP) and check if the problem still persists.

    Best,
    Juan.
