Unable to register my product on WordPress

Hi there,
I was trying to register your product through the theme options. However, it is showing License status is unknown. when i was trying to activate the licence. I pretty sure I have registered the correct url on your support site and it is showing active.

I was able to check the problem. Would you please share your FTP details with me (in a private reply), so I can take a look at some of the files. I want to check something that can be causing trouble to the product registration functionality.

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to confirm you that we’ve been working during the weekend and we have solved the issue.
The theme registration page is working. We have added a function to your functions.php file.
This issue has already been resolved in version 2.0 so once you update your theme, it won’t be happening again.
