Banner color not changing

Hi, the banner color at the top of the home page (and all other pages) where the title of the site is and the main menu is still displaying in an old color that I no longer want there. How do i change this?

Hello,
You are using a cache plugin (WP Super Cache). Please be sure you delete your cache after making changes. That way you will be able to see the results.
