Home page image sliders and videos not showing on mobile devices

Hi. on safari my images on my site do not show, can you please advise if there is a fix? mobile responsiveness has been ticked in the smart theme.
how ever I do see the image momentarily when I hit refresh, once it finishes refreshing the images disappears again.

Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
I’ve been checking your site on Safari on an iPhone and all images and the video background are being displayed just fine.
Would you please tell me what device are you on? Are you able to send me a screenshot?
