Scrolling on Chrome still not working

I read there was problems with scrolling on Chrome with the early version of Smart, I’ve just update the smart theme and still not working. I can use the keyboard, but If I try to use the scroll the page jumps to the start.
Please help with that.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for writing, I hope you are doing well.
The changes were done on the stylesheet, so it is quite likely that you still have the previous version of the CSS cached in your browser. Please perform a hard refresh of your site when using chrome.
