Hi,
If you look at the homepage of the site the region before the footer. It’s using a two column layout with a photo and text. In Chrome on the mobile device this display beautifully. However, in Safari it’s not showing anything at all. I check to make sure both of these areas where set to responsive. Can you provide any assistance as to why this isn’t showing up? I’m only seeing this issue on the mobile phone. Thanks,

Thank you for writing and sorry for the delayed response.
Would you please send me your site access details in a private reply? The ones you’ve shared when creating the ticket aren’t working.
What version of Smart are you currently using?
Thanks,

Thanks for the follow-up and sharing your credentials with me.
It seems that you are using the latest current version.
Let me ask you something to see if I understand. What you mean is that the image beside the testimonial isn’t displaying? I checked your site on an iPhone and I saw that the “Success stories” section is there.
Thanks,
Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro October 3, 2017 at 9:01 pmHi Kenya,
Thanks for the follow-up.
That part isn’t showing up on your mobile device because there’s no content and the mobile layout is considering as empty. What you can do is add the “Empty space” element and making it visible only for mobile devices (on the responsive tab). That way the background picture will be displayed on your iPhone.
Best,
Juan.
