Cannot Update Theme & how to remove the Like button at the bottom of each page

    Hi,

    I’d just like to start by saying that you have a great theme here!

    I am almost done with the site but there are a couple issues that I need resolved (i can’t find the fix in the support forums). If you could assist that would be much appreciated

    1. At the bottom of each page there is a random like ( heart icon) just above the footer and below the content, how do i remove this ? It is appearing on all the pages except the home page.

    2. When I try to update the theme i am getting the following error: Could not extract file from archive. smart/./

    Please can you assist,

    Hi Ruan,

    Thanks for your kind words 🙂 I hope you are doing well.

    1. You can go to “WordPress Dashboard > Setting > Likes” and check that you have “Display Likes in” only for posts.

    2. Would you please check your directory file permissions? You are viewing this message after you click “Update” in the “Appearance > Themes” section?
